Even if you have the time and desire to learn all about the latest telecommunications technologies, investigate the providers servicing your area and get quotes from each for comparison, you still will not have access to various levels of pricing and promotions offered through dealers such as us. All of the carriers have in house salespeople ("account executives") who will be glad to sell you as much of their carrier's products as they possibly can without regard to your long term satisfaction and at their standard, or list price. If and when you have a service or billing issue, the chances of being able to talk to that salesperson are close to zero and you will have to go through the 800 service number and speak with people who know you only as a number.

We also know about the promotions and discounts available to get you that carrier's best pricing. When you have a service or billing issue or question, we will be there to help you or deal with the provider on your behalf, so you don't have to play the hold and transfer game. We have direct phone numbers to the engineers, technicians and managers and know when and how to escalate a situation. We also have the experience to know which providers have reputations for living up to their promises and which are known for poor memories after the contract is signed. Our professionals know how to tell the difference in what may appear to be the cheapest price, and a truly good deal.
When you use a direct salesperson employed by a carrier, the company has the expense of a full time employee including all the related costs, and you talk to a salesperson whose job it is to sell you what they have. When customers use independent agents, such as us, the carrier is spared the expense of supporting a full time sales department, and pays only for sales made. You, the customer, get a truly objective recommendation and aren't paying hidden costs. We aren't compensated unless we earn your business and keep you satisfied. Our customers never get a bill from us for our services as long as they use our carriers through us.
Maybe you can get the same connections we offer without going through us, but not necessarily the same service. The carriers have good people on the 800 help lines, but their goal is only to solve the particular problem you take to them, whereas our goal is your long term satisfaction; a very different set of priorities. Nearly all service these days is provided contractually and those contracts almost always have auto renew clauses. If you don't ask for a review of your service and pricing, your contract will just keep rolling over at the same level of service and an ever increasing price as long as you let it. Telecom is a constantly changing business with new products, technology and pricing plans being introduced. We are able to stay on top of these changes and when your contract comes due for renewal, we will review your service, assess any changes in your needs and review current pricing promotions to make sure you get the best service and pricing available.
